Registration for the 2012 NMC Summer Conference will open in mid-April and the process can be completed entirely online.  Register on or before May 10, 2011 to qualify for the Early Registration rate.

When registering, each individual attendee must login with their user name and password and register themselves.  The registration system is tied to the individual membership records and group registrations are not allowed. Please do not register for another person using your login, or the registration will not be recognized. Be sure when logged in to edit your profile so we have your correct title, mailing address, phone number, and contact information.

Registration Cancellations: Cancellations and refunds will only be accepted until May 10. After May 10, no refunds will be issued. You may send a substitution in your place for a $25 fee. Notifications must be sent to nancy@nmc.org

Conference registration rates include:  Participation in all conference sessions (excluding any Preconference Workshops), continental breakfast (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), lunch (Wednesday, Thursday), Tuesday Opening Reception and Corporate Partner Showcase, Wednesday Reception and Dancing at the MIT Media Lab, and a conference t-shirt. Tickets to both the Tuesday Reception and Wednesday Reception, as well as the conference t-shirt, must be ordered in advance of the conference (cut-off dates will be noted on the registration form).

Online registration is available early April - May 10, 2012, closing at 11:59 PM Pacific Time of the end date. Late registration fees apply thereafter.
