Catalyst

The NMC has received a $100,000 one-year grant to provide social networking support to the HP's Catalyst Project. Under the umbrella of the HP’s Office of Global Social Innovation (OGSI), the HP Catalyst Initiative has built a network of 5 consortia and 30 schools and universities across the globe that are providing schools and educational organizations with the tools and opportunities to forge more engaging learning experiences. The work of the HP Catalyst Initiative includes a strong, active community comprised of HP grantees, thought leaders, key government officials, and noted education practitioners.

The NMC and its Platinum Partner, HP, have teamed up to launch the HP EdTech Innovators Award to recognize educators who are using technology in groundbreaking ways inside and outside the classroom.
